Goulburn Valley Water has undertaken an extensive engagement process to support its 2023 price submission, due to be lodged with the Essential Services Commission next month. As part of their process, they released a draft of their submission to the public, for comment. Its a great example of how to present what was heard from customers during engagement and how it has influenced the proposals in the regulatory submission, all in the customer’s own language. Its important that customers understand the impacts of their decisions, and that all community members have an opportunity to contribute.
