Its a busy time at Utilities Regulation Advisory and we are super chuffed that Jyoti Wardhen has agreed to become part of our broader Associate team as URA’s Commercial Advisor. Jyoti brings over 20 year’s experience providing end-to-end strategic, commercial, financial, procurement and transaction advice for infrastructure sector clients. This has included many different roles, including as an Investment Banker, Project Financier, Equity Investor, PPP Sponsor and Government Advisor.
Jyoti understands complex infrastructure from all the different angles and brings a holistic approach to project strategy, structuring and delivery.
Some of you will recognise Jyoti from her participation in VicWater’s 2023 annual conference, where she discussed the challenges of delivering capital projects in the current climate, leveraging her experience advising on the delivery of Big Build projects.
