We are really excited to announce that Jessica Saigar will be joining Utilities Regulation Advisory from 2 November as an Associate Consulting Principal.
Jess has over a decade’s experience working as a regulatory economist. She is an expert at assisting utilities and regulators in developing and implementing regulatory frameworks and strategy, tariff design and economic modelling.
Prior to joining URA, Jess has spent over three years at Greater Western Water leading its regulatory practice and more recently leading its Strategy and Regulation section. She has previously worked for water businesses in Victoria, in consulting and at the Essential Services Commission.
Jess has a keen interest in, and passion for, assisting regulators and utilities to solve complex problems in simple ways to drive both customer outcome and business performance.
