URA was proud to support VicWater and the participating regional water businesses in their successful reform of developer charges pricing as part of the 2023 PREMO price review. The adoption of an alternative method for calculating developer charges based on an average incremental cost (AIC) approach is a positive step towards enhancing water pricing structures in a way that supports efficient and sustainable urban planning and development.
