• Senior Executive Adviser / Gippsland Water Peter Successfully developed and delivered Gippsland Water’s 2023-28 price submission to the Victorian Essential Services Commission, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role involved enhancing understanding of the price submission among directors, executives, and employees through effective guidance and support and managing organizational and regulatory relationships to ensure smooth and appropriate delivery
• General Manager, Operations / Gippsland Water – Peter managed water and wastewater storage, reticulation, treatment systems, information knowledge management, telecommunications, and IT activities. The role involved shared responsibility for delivering strategic objectives as a member of the executive team.
• Chairman, Alliance Leadership Team / Gippsland Water Peter led project management and governance oversight for the $300M Gippsland Water Factory project. The role involved securing vendor partnerships to ensuring timely project delivery. It included the assessment of risks and development of mitigation strategies.
• General Manager, Customer Services / Gippsland Water Peter managed customer interface, credit management, property services, and IT activities. Collaborated with the executive team to implement the strategic plan and maintain communication with government departments and ministers.

• Commercial Advisory / PowerGen (UK) Peter provided commercial advice on a major US power acquisition. The role involved creating models for the UK wholesale electricity market and developing business plans for PowerGen Gas Division’s interests in Liverpool Bay.
• Finance Director / Yallourn Energy Peter managed commercial and financial functions of a $4.0B company, including annual reports, board reporting, treasury management, and debt syndication.
• Finance Manager, Yallourn W Power Station / Yallorn Energy Peter oversaw commercial and administrative control of the power station.
