Jyoti is a Commercial Advisor with URA and the Managing Director of Morphosis Advisory, an independent advisory firm that specialises in providing end-to-end strategic, commercial, financial, procurement and transaction advice for infrastructure sector clients. With over 20 years of experience as an Investment Banker, Project Financier, Equity Investor, PPP Sponsor and Government Advisor, Jyoti understands complex infrastructure from all the different angles and brings a holistic approach to project strategy, structuring and delivery.
Having advised government departments, infrastructure funds and ASX listed clients on transactions worth more than $50 billion, Jyoti brings extensive commercial knowledge and advisory expertise across the end-to-end project lifecycle (as demonstrated by her experience below).
Previously, Jyoti was running the Commercial and Financial Advisory work for the $50 billion Suburban Rail Loop project within a big four partnership. She established Morphosis Advisory in 2022 and has since been working directly with her clients on Big Housing Build projects.
